01 · The Challenge
Problem Statement
The client had a growing personal brand but no unified digital channel to monetize it. Publishing content, selling courses, managing patient communication, and processing payments meant juggling multiple third-party tools — none of which reflected his brand or gave him control over user experience. He needed a single branded platform where he could publish courses, video plans, blogs, and eBooks, communicate directly with users, and monetize his expertise across two markets — without relying on external services that limited flexibility or took a cut of every transaction.

Our Approach
How we architected the response, from principles to production.
BURAQ developed a cross-platform mobile app on Flutter that puts the client in full control of his content, communication, and monetization. He can publish and manage courses, video plans, blogs, eBooks, and seminars from one place, while users enroll, learn, and interact with him directly. Live chat enables real-time doctor–patient communication, secure Stripe payments handle all monetization, and an admin panel gives the client centralized oversight of content, users, and activity. To support guided exercise execution, we integrated AI-based pose detection powered by Google ML Kit — helping users perform physical exercises with correct form, adding measurable value to the fitness plans he sells.
AI Approach
The app uses Google ML Kit's on-device pose detection models to analyze user movement in real time during guided exercises. By comparing user posture against expected exercise form, the app helps users improve their execution — turning static video plans into interactive, feedback-driven fitness experiences. Running on-device also protects user privacy and ensures fast, responsive performance without needing a live server connection.
