Yes — RESO Web API, RETS where it's still active, and the IDX / VOW licensing constraints that come with each. We handle data normalisation, dedupe, polygon indexing, and the on-page disclosures and click logging that MLS rules require.

Yes — bidirectional integration into Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, and Buildium, depending on the operator's stack. We've also done custom replacements where the operator outgrew the off-the-shelf option.

03Can you handle commercial lease abstraction with AI?

Yes — LLM-assisted abstraction with attorney-in-the-loop review, structured fields for critical dates, escalations, CAM, and reporting fields. We do not ship autonomous abstraction; the legal review step is non-negotiable.
